1. Campaign Types:

  1. International Campaign: Open to workers from any location globally, ensuring faster task completion.
  2. Selected/Limited Countries: Handpick countries from a list (minimum 20) where workers will be allowed to perform tasks.

2. Category/Sub-Category: Choose the appropriate category and sub-category for your campaign to enhance visibility and relevancy.

3. Campaign Management:

  • All campaigns can be edited, increased in worker count, temporarily paused, or canceled at any time, with instant refunds.
  • Workers must submit proof for all campaigns.
  • Employers set the payment amount per worker.
  • IP addresses are provided to ensure quality and prevent spamming.

4. Posting a Campaign:

  • Select the campaign type based on your requirements.
  • Fill in all necessary details and proof requirements.
  • Click "Create My Campaign" after completing the information.
  • Deposit funds into your campaign account to activate the campaign.

5. Checking Proof:

  • Log in to the site to review workers' submitted proof.
  • Mark tasks as "Satisfied" if proof meets requirements or "Not-Satisfied" if adjustments are needed.
  • Workers can resubmit proof for review.
  • Option to mark proof as spam if fraudulent or inaccurate.

Reactivation will remove all unsatisfied tasks, making them available to new workers. However, pending review proofs will not be affected, and the campaign will be active for new workers. Previously deleted unsatisfied workers won't be able to redo the job or receive payment.

    Campaign Funding:

    Q: Do I need to deposit to start a campaign?
    A: It depends. You can fund your campaign by depositing funds through any available payment method. Alternatively, you can accumulate funds by completing tasks or using a signup bonus to initiate a campaign.

    Campaign Activation:

    Q: How long do I need to wait to start my campaign after depositing funds?
    A: If you've made a deposit, you can start your campaign instantly. All deposits are added to your balance immediately.

    Campaign Approval:

    Q: Do I need to wait for my campaign to be approved after making payments?
    A: By default, all campaigns require approval by the administration, which typically takes 24 hours. However, if your account is set up for auto-approved campaigns, your campaign will be active instantly without waiting for approval. You can contact administration to enable auto-approval for your employer account, allowing instant activation of all campaigns.

    Campaign Management:

    Q: Can I cancel my campaign?
    A: Yes, you can cancel your campaign at any time by accessing the edit job menu and selecting "finished/canceled campaign." Additionally, you have the option to temporarily pause your campaign. Canceled campaigns are instantly refunded to your balance. Please note that unsatisfied proofs will not be paid and will be permanently deleted, while satisfied proofs cannot be reversed.

    Fees and Refunds:

    Q: Will I be charged any fees if my campaign is rejected?
    A: No, if your campaign is rejected by administration, the full amount will be refunded to the same source of balance used for payment. No administration fees will be charged.

    Q: Will I be charged if I cancel my campaign early?
    A: No, canceling an active campaign won't incur any additional fees, and you'll receive an instant refund. However, please review any pending review proofs before canceling the campaign, as canceling without reviewing pending proofs will result in them being considered as satisfied and paid. Unsatisfied proofs will never be paid, regardless of campaign cancellation.
