Q: How is the success rate calculated? A: Success rate is calculated based on your Satisfied & Not satisfied tasks. If you have more Not Satisfied Jobs than Satisfied Jobs, your Success rate will be down.
Q: I cannot do any job as it says my success rate is down?
A: If your success rate falls below 50%, you will be unable to submit tasks or withdraw funds automatically by the system. If you believe the employer has misrepresented your work, and you cannot perform any more jobs due to the system's restrictions, please contact support with the job details. We will conduct an investigation on your proof, and if you are correct, we will reset your success rate. It's crucial to carefully select jobs and submit accurate proof, as you have two chances to do so.
